an injury free and healthy work
environment for all personnel.
We shall strive to ensure excellent
co-ordination with other agencies
and timely completion of projects
through involvement of personnel
during project planning and
execution,
while preventing environmental
pollution and complying with
applicable legal requirements
concerning environmental, occupational
health and safety hazards. Further
we shall continually improve
our system efficiency so as
to provide a cost-effective
solution to the Customer.”
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
SEWEPL
has a policy of
implementing its
quality standards
across the board,
from the top management
to the last link
in the chain. We
impart continual
relevant training
on all aspects of
these standards
and ensure that
these policies are
followed in letter
and spirit.
As
part of our programme
for ensuring compliance
to these standards, we
have regular internal
third party audits, the
periodicity of which depends
on the speed of the job.
Further, we have internal/external
audits conducted once
every six months for at
least 25% of our ongoing
projects.
