| Our
projects for Peninsula Land Limited include Crossroads,
Piramal Hospital, Peninsula Centre, Peninsula Corporate
Park, Ashok Gardens, Ashok Towers etc.
We are also associated with the Group for their newly-launched
residential township projects at Goa, Pune and Nashik.
Peninsula Corporate Park:
Spread over 10 acres, it is one of
the largest integrated corporate premises in central
Mumbai and also the most modern. It accommodates three
buildings, each of approximately 25,000 sq metres, as
well as a common 25,000 sq metre basement which houses
all the services.
We have also completed electrical works for the offices
of some of the high-profile occupants such as Nicholas
Piramal India Limited, Walt Disney, Sandoz, ICICI, etc.

| Currently, nearing
completion, Ashok Gardens is a project with
luxury apartments. This is a complex of
9,00,000 sq ft housing two towers with three
wings each of 23 storeys. |

This is a residential
complex, spread over 18 acres, with
a total area of 11,00,000 sq ft with 3 Towers of 31 storeys and one tower
of 49 storeys with Basement Car Parking
for 1200 cars. Our involvement in
this project included the installation
of amenities such as Boom Barriers,
Video Door Phones, CCTVs, Car Calling
System and Visitor Management System
which today have become a regular
trend in all high-end residential
projects. |
